The present utility model relates to a carbonated beverage vending machine with an ice-making system and a cooling system sharing a cooling compressor. The vending machine structure comprises a chamber for the installation of a vending machine operation device, and in one position of the vending machine structure, a cooling system is included. The cooling system is characterized in that the evaporator is divided into two sets: the first set of evaporator produces cooling for the ice-making system, and the second set of evaporator produces cooling for the carbonated beverage cooling system. The compressor compresses and transfers refrigerant to both the first and second sets of evaporator simultaneously, forming a cooling cycle. The compressor, the first set of evaporator, and the second set of evaporator are interconnected in a closed system, completing the cooling cycle.
