The aqueous coating composition comprises an alkenyl group-containing silicone that has two or more intramolecular alkenyl groups, may have a Q unit represented by SiO_4/2, and has a number-average molecular weight of 1000 or more and less than 10000, and an Si-H group-containing silicone that has two or more intramolecular Si-H groups and has a number-average molecular weight from 1000 to 5000.
