Provided a system and method for processing contract documents. The method involves using machine reading comprehension (MRC) that classifies the data to be used in the contract management by automatically populating the required fields in the contract form such as name, address, gender, contract start date, contract end date, rent duration, rent amount, etc. In addition, the system includes a validation process from the users (tenants & property owners) to ensure data accuracy before the contract is saved. Finally, the system offers an automated e-sign feature to eliminate the manual processes of contract signing
