The present invention relates to a food processing machine in particular to a coconut milk squeezer machine. The coconut milk squeezer machine comprises, a stationary member including base plate, providing a flat, level platform for securing equipment placement, a squeezer plate that compresses the grated coconut meat attached to the squeezer post vertically connected to the base plate; and a moving member consisting of a squeezer cylinder into which grated coconut meat is loaded and pressed towards the squeezer plate, and a squeezer handle that regulates the pressing pressure on the squeezer cylinder via at least one linkage, a collection channel that conveys the extracted milk to the container. The machine may include a filtration system to remove any residual coconut particles, resulting in a smoother and purer milk product.
