The present utility model aimed to provide a process for producing aromatic brown rice biscuit with coconut milk. The steps involved roasting and powdering the aromatic brown rice, melting and creaming butter, combining all the dry and wet ingredients to form dough, kneading, flattening and cutting the dough using a cookie molder. The biscuits were baked for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 190 °C and it was cooled before packing in a resealable pouch. Based on nutrient analysis, the biscuits were packed with energy as well as essential nutrients such as carbohydrates, protein, mineral and fiber that our body needs. The addition of coconut milk also further enhanced the aroma and flavor of the biscuits. It was a crispy and flavorful snack that can be consumed during travels and emergencies like calamities.
