A process of making squash choco cookies comprising the following steps: Preparingtheingredients such as cocoa powder, squash, whole egg, butter, brown sugar, egg yolk, peanutbutter, vanilla extract, all purpose flour, salt, hot water, and baking powder. Whippingthebutter,and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beating the whole egg and egg yolk into the shorteningmixture. Dissolving the baking powder into the hot water. Adding all purpose flour andsalt. Combining the shortening mixture and the flour mixture. Folding the combine mixturewithpeanut butter, vanilla extract, cacao powder, and squash to produce a dough. Moldingthedough.Refrigerating the dough inside the molder for 30 minutes. Baking the dough inside themolderin a preheated oven with temperature of 350ºF. Cooling the molder with the bakeddoughatroom temperature. Removing the baked dough from the molder as choco cookies fortifiedwith squash.
