A terminal device receives, from a first network device, a message indicative of pausing QoE reporting to the first network device. Then the terminal device transmits, to the first network device, a message for requesting a SRB configuration with a second network device. Next, the terminal device transmits, to the second network device, QoE measurement result based on the received SRB configuration. Thus, timely and effective QoE measurement reporting mechanism is provided.
