The present utility model discloses a process of producing breadfruit cinnamon churros, a unique and nutritious food product. The churros are made from breadfruit, a tropical fruit that is often underutilized and goes to waste during its season. The process involves mixing glutinous rice flour, desiccated coconut, water, and evaporated milk to form a dough, which is then kneaded until smooth and elastic. The dough is shaped into small pieces and deep-fried until golden brown. Meanwhile, a glaze is prepared by mixing sugar, water, sesame seeds, and cinnamon powder over low heat until sticky. The fried churros are coated with the glaze, allowed to cool, and served. By utilizing breadfruit in this way, the process aims to improve the value and utilization of this abundant crop. The resulting breadfruit cinnamon churros offer a healthy and delicious snack option for consumers.
