This invention presents a technology-driven employee records management system. The system eliminates paper-based record keeping by maintaining all employee information digitally in a centralized database. This allows organized storage and easy access to employee data .The system includes a user interface specially designed to allow employees to directly enter and update employees personal data ,learning development (trainings and seminars), work experience, attendance, employee’s leaves, employee’s travel, user accounts and any other data. Biometric login ensures security and authenticity. The digital system brings convenience, efficiency, accuracy, and security to employee record management. Paperwork is minimized as all data is stored digitally via internet. The centralized database and user interfaces enable administrators and employees to conveniently manage and access employee information from anywhere.
