The system and method for motorcycle riding formation described in this invention use several computing devices that wirelessly communicate with one another via transceiver modules to a cloud that is set up to display pertinent information like a map and navigation path, the location of riders, and their identification. It also refers to a method that includes the following steps: assigning a role to a pack member; showing the pack's location; determining the pack's destination; inviting and identifying pack members via an invitation code; showing the selected route on a map; tracking each member's position; notifying the group if a member breaks away; keeping track of the member's reunion; and concluding the pack's journey upon arrival. Members of the pack can be categorized as sweepers, followers, or leaders. The goal is to create a system for communicating amongst motorcycles that allows riders to stay in platoon formation and provide status updates.
